2300 calories in one shake, is just crazy! Thats is close to the total amount of calories an average person needs in a period of 24 hours! Having this shake in the morning, equals going hungry to bed in the evening, if you don’t want to put on weight, that’s for sure! Anyway, I know that Europe is following the same trend. Obesity is a part of the daily news, over here..

Yeah, there are a lot of foods that are just about as bad here. If you get the wrong meal at McDonalds, you’re looking at 2000-2500 calories there alone!

I really wonder if that is the same here in DK, but I guess so. But at least you are getting, a meal there, and not just a shake
Might keep you going an hour or two more..

Who knows… I think Europe probably has a lot more regulations about what fast-food can contain and how bad it can be for you, so it might be slightly less unhealth for you over there

None of the restaurants listed above are even remotely healthy for you. All of it is processed poison and they are all destroying our planet and our health. People should learn to plan ahead and bring home-cooked meals with them wherever they go. It really isnt as hard to do as people think. Why must we be so tactless?

It really is scary how many calories can be in just one item from one of the top three offending restaurants you mentioned. It’s not a surprise that 63 percent of people from the U.S. are overweight.

I usually try to avoid eating in restaurant ,not only because of diet purposes, but also for this reason, developed here,I don’t advise allergic people to do so.

If you live in the United States, statistically there’s a 63% chance that you are overweight. As a nation, we have unhealthy diets, terrible exercise regiments and have some of the least healthy restaurants in the world. We know that we should go out to eat at McDonalds every day, but are some restaurants worse than others? Absolutely! Men’s Health recently did a study of the menus across 66 chain restaurants across the country. It found that some major chains surprisingly offered very healthy food, and found that eating at others on a regular basis will put you on a fast-track to a heart attack.
